Horrible customer service. Agency was suppose to transfer my account to Curology. Instead they put it in limbo or “holding” status. They cancelled my order and I can only access the order screen. It’s like a “view only” access. I can’t go into profile or messages or anything else.
I tried creating an account with Curology but I can’t because my email is already in use on Agency. Curology had a pop up that said they would email me but I never got one after repeat trys even with a different email. (Nothing in spam folder either).
I have been sending emails to Agency regarding this issue but they literally are too stupid to understand the issue I’m having. They think it’s a log in issue or say well you cancelled the order. No, I did not cancel it you did. One person actually looked at the account and said it wasn’t set up completely and wanted me to go into an area on the site. Gee… like for the 10th time, I can’t access anything but the order screen. And yes I’m logged in. “Oh well here change your password here. Glad we could help”.
This has been going on for 3 weeks!!! Wonder what would happen if I actually had a real problem with an order.
