As a male growing up in the 50’s & 60’s, now an XPro-am Surfer, now a coaching instructor & life coach. I found this movie to be extremely interesting & entertaining, with the values of the day it was set being depicted perfectly and honestly. The acting performances were of an excellent level. This has become one of my most favourite movies. Specifically the performance of Julia Roberts, who challenged & changed many lives for the best, in an era where women were supposed to be seen not heard & their prospective in life is to be nothing but a good wife!! I will definitely show this to my grandchildren when they are old enough to understand it!!
