I don't know why people are rating this movie so highly. If I'd be completely honest, what this movie teaches is how to become a characterless person after u r bored with ur partner, cheat on them, and then come back later as if nothing happened. If anyone reading this review is not agreeing with me, u forgot that scene when neena gupta and her daughters were on video call, and neena gupta said do what ur heart feels, and the next moment konkana decides to cheat and have sex with a stranger, and after that too, till the end of the movie, she was never a culprit of the characterless behaviour she showed. Adding to that, what did ali fazal do that his wife gets bored with him and starts living with a stranger like his partner and was about to cheat for no reason, wtf was that? Anurag Basu, was u out of ur mind when u thought this is what u r gonna show to the indian audience in the name of rawness and reality? Just glorifying cheating? Absolutely ridiculous, and these people were not happy with 'Animal'. What's the difference here? It is worse here, atleast in 'Animal' his wife left her after she got to know he cheated on her, but here u r justifying that it's normal, u also cheat on me, and then it will be even!? What a joke! I wanted to give this movie 2 stars, for the good acting and comic punchlines at some moments. But all the hyped up music was just a waste in theatres. The lines of the songs didn't match to the scene with which it was played along, it just ruins the potential of such beautiful songs. Overall, it's just some bits and pieces of shits, which people think is cool and what great form of writing and storytelling and all, but I just want to say, it should make sense and should be healthy to watch, otherwise all this creativity just gets fucked up. But these genz fools don't even know what a good movie is and just keeps glorifying any shit in the name of reality.
