The older houses need: Asbestos assessments... Potential lead assessment of interior finishes and plumbing... Electrical upgrades... Pier and beam inspector HVAC upgrade.. Termite inspection... Energy efficiency upgrades Watched show 2/5/19 didn't hear or see any mentioned.
