The show had such good source material that simply was overlooked. Also the fact that 2000 years of the story is condensed into decades or perhaps a century at best is clearly visible. Also some acting (the main character to be exact) can be improved. I truly believe it is a one star show atm and it is really sad as it had great potential regarding the story telling point. I really wish it had a more Tolkien”ish” influence as the movies did and not reducing the authors view to just some easter eggs of his work. I know this comment might be taken down (as others have been) but i tried to express my disappointment only from a production pov. Best of wishes and hopefully someone will save this show.
