It's a unique direction for TWD, seeing teens growing up after it all and having pretty normal lives while dealing with the trauma that would be realistically involved, to finding themselves and their purpose. I love the flashbacks of each person to find out their story and what drives them to the decisions they make now and from having empathy for the dead to realising what they need to do, it really shows the progression and changes in a new way, a realistic way. Some of the acting is slightly slow but even that improves by the end of the season, a little less drama/ love interest would be great in continuing seasons between the teens Iris and others as she comes across obnoxious at times and her sister loves feeling important and center of attention lol , But overall looking forward to seeing how he story continues!
