This take on the Batman is fabulous. Robert Pattinson excels as a reclusive, damaged and fierce Batman. The atmosphere of the film is dark, noirish and utterly compelling. The characters are classics from the franchise and are convincingly rendered. For me Colin Farrell as the Penguin stood out. Riddler was terrifying. The action scenes blew me away. Fight choreography realistic and brutal. Must see.
