guarantee this is a hot topic. Question: Why do we as women disrespect each other in the open where everyone can see it. It is NOT COOL. I have been a fan of The Real since day 1. Even after Tamar. After watching The Real with Amanda Seals, I can tell you as a person with broadcast experience ... her energy is off. Her blatant mistreatment of Jennie Mai the other day made me cringe. The fact that everyone on there looked a little uncomfortable was telling. To sit on a panel, have a lady who is part of the original group sit next to you , and not make eye contact as if the person was not there , and to keep your back turned to them on camera was not a good television look for the TEAM. Does she not know she is working in concert with these ladies? Her contribution was diminished because of her behaviour. About 6 months ago I encountered a similar incident where I was speaking to someone and a few people gathered and joined in. A white female interjected herself into the conversation, and proceeded to act as though I was not there by overtalking me,and by attempting to diminish everything I said. Finally a male in the group said to her " Man whats your deal today?'' she then walked off. I thought maybe because I was black and the group was white , she felt a certain way. But I think shes a stinker regardless because i have watched her with other women. It's 2020 my sisters... lets not do this to each other , white, black, brown, no matter. We want men to respect us ,but we disrespect each other in front of men. WE CAN DO BETTER. as my late mom use to say "HAVE SOME CLASS"
