This show can be very funny when the hosts are interviewing men. However they are poor and awkward when it comes to the hosts interviewing women . They fill the airtime with stupid banter (especially Will Arnett) about themselves that the interview turns to be all about them and very little time with the guest . Painful to listen to listen to Will and Jason turn into 7 th grade boys trying to talking to a girl and doing it so poorly.
