I was told at 24 years old that my cholesterol was high and I would soon need medication to control it, so I went to the gym 3 times a week, and ate a โclean dietโ, 3 months layers i was back to the dr and my blood showed that my cholesterol numbers were still going up, so I watched a show on Netflix The Game Changers where sports professionals were changing their diets for plant based diets and how was better for you to eat plant protein so I tried that, for 3 months. I went back to the dr and my blood work was PERFECT and it has been perfect ever since, now Iโve been on a plant based diet for almost 4 years and no more issues with cholesterol or any other issues.
I do believe that any dead flash us bad for you, it comes with inflammation and bacteria, I also believe that we do not need cows milk.
Plant based diet is great for you, you just have to make sure you eat enough protein on you daily basis with beans, tofu, nuts. I have never felt weak! If you go plant based and dont feel good youโre doing something wrong.
