I have always loved Wicked on Broadway. My favorite by far, and I am not much of a play or musical person, but I could see Wicked repeatedly. With that said, I really enjoyed the movie, but still not as much as the Broadway show. There were a few slow spots in it for me (it is 3 hours long after all) and a couple of songs I didn’t think were great, but overall it was extremely well made and the acting, singing, and dancing were really good. I loved the Defying Gravity ending. Probably my favorite part of the movie. Since they decided to make it in two parts that was a perfect place to cut it off. I will probably see it again and would definitely recommend seeing it.
