Do NOT use this unscrupulous unethical company. I cancelled the contract when I sold my house and they have record of my call but continue to say I didn't cancel. They continued to charge me $57.99 for 5 months for s home I no longer own. Disgusted with their "customer service" and rude staff. As homeowners we have many home warranty options. I suggest you go with a different option. Just sickening that they can get away with this.
