The co's are doing too much, I fill if you going to do a scared straight program, it has to be real, co's dont have the time to do all what is shown, once you enter them Gates, its 3 counts aday, 3 meals, programs if you're eligible or school. They dont jump into inmates faces like that, nor have time to baby walk a inmate. Because every jail the ratio of inmate to officers is bad, especially when at times its 128 inmates and 2 officers assigned to watch them.so if you ever think co's arent scared when them gates open and close behind them think again and if they ever get comfortable they in trouble. Inmates allow them to do their jobs and when certain co's take their jobs too serious it can turn peaceful to a rioting a Matter of seconds.
