Bad experience!!!!! Provided fake information to attract us book one of Cancun promotions during holidays and we found out the booked dates are not available. We requested refund as per contract up to 30 days and until date nothing done (day 36 today). Contacted customer service and in their turn keep transferring from one person to another and the last one ask you to wait as refund is in process and again nothing processed. Please be aware of this company. I will sue them !!!!!
