I had high expectations but I was disappointed. With the exception of the daughter and the sensi there's not a likable character to be found. Sean Penn's character was over the top ridiculous. The rat mother was also over the top selfish garbage despite a lame attempt at the end to humanize her. So many plot holes and characters doing things that don't make sense. In the end you can neither rout for terrorists or the government agents. Both are evil in this movie. Throw in secret white supremacists at the upper echelons of power and anti immigration enforcement message that hits you over the head like an anvil and you have nothing redeeming, nothing to cheer, and no one to route for. Just not a good movie.
