I’m not a fan of this type of movie, where when it’s over you have to google “what was the point of this movie”. If I can’t get it on my own so I can enjoy it, it’s not for me. This movie was made for Charlie Kaufman, not for the overall general audience.

I don’t see this show making a second season. Sadly it is just another gimmick built on shock value. I don’t understand why the family uses so much profanity, especially the f-word, if they know she is picking it up and ticking with it. It just feels like reckless parenting. As a Christian, I find her frequent use of “gd” offensive too. It comes across like she isn’t trying to control her foul-mouth ticks at all. Why are they not focusing more on any work she is doing to try to control it, because that isn’t shown at all, and I would expect that it would be a big part of her daily life - if she was trying to control it. This show could be endearing if they focused more on the therapy than the shocking profanity-laced ticks.
