I was really excited to see Tom Hardy on screen again; I also had high hopes. However, Havoc, as the name reflects, is just a below-average action film with little to no storytelling, progression, or thrill. The story was predictable, like every other 5/10 action movie. Despite Tom Hardy being my favorite actor, I can confidently say that this movie was a waste of my time. If you are really looking for a movie with great action, character progression, story, and a touch of humor, then I would recommend *Edge of Tomorrow*, which I watched recently. Overall, Havoc delivered action but lacked every other essential element. 5.5/10
