Paris 1900 Police is a multileveled story, with a basic serial killer storyline taking place in the political climate that divided France during the Dreyfus affair, and so is a very timely drama. If it sometimes resembles a graphic novel, and that is not a criticism, it's because the creator is Fabien Nury, "I Am Legion". Very well done.
