I think they forgot that many of us like superheroes because they have powers and we like to see them in action. They just picked one the most powerful characters (Scarlet Witch) and reduce her to a sitcom wife who will go through a historic evolution of the genre. The last time we saw her she was fighting Thanos almost by herself! Now she does cute little magic tricks that belong in the realm of Bewitched / I Dream of Jeannie. Oh and bad jokes! I know they probably intend to build up to something more. But those episodes in the mean time are still just out of place. I’m guessing there will be a few because we started in the 50’s. Imagine if someone tried to make a Harry Potter series by giving it a “The Office” styling and treatment. Some things just don’t match.
