Darin Olien’s “Superlife” book and his healthy lifestyle is science-backed. I love that he constantly provides study results from real universities and scientists! This isn’t hocus-pocus “dangerous” reading that will actually destroy you. The only thing risqué about this book is that Big Pharma probably doesn’t want you to read it! It really opened my eyes to a lot of nutritional and lifestyle truths that I knew but didn’t fully grasp. I also learned an insane amount WITHOUT it being tedious or hard to read. Thank you Darin for sharing your lifetime of knowledge!

As a woman entrepreneur, I appreciate the ups and downs Sophia experiences. Having said that, I thought there was no chemistry with the cute BF, and her narcissism was a massive turn off. A large percentage of entrepreneurs struck out on our own to do it better - to run our businesses with heart, passion and goodwill. We care and we share that through business. Sophia’s attitude and crassness is almost everything that I have stood against in women-owned and operated businesses. Only scrolled through after struggling through episodes 1 & 2 for RuPaul, who was, of course, fantastic.
