0 stars. It was terrible to me. I know some people liked it. I don’t know how they would or how it would get a postitive review at all, Especially from a true horror fan. Plot was pointless. Michael looked weak had no screen time hardly he didn’t kill much at all. It Focused on a pointless character that just died in the end with no direction or thought. Ending was bad, had a terrible fight scene of Michael getting overwhelmed by Laurie lasted 2 seconds. and they made Laurie’s daughter fall in love to quick and said absolutely nothing when he explained he killed someone that night. Just waved it off like it was nothing. Terrible plot. It was the worst horror movie I’ve ever seen In my 29 years. It was a mess. Idk how Jamie lee Curtis would be ok with this. She should of let Michael live on. That’s what we all wanted. The fans deserved better. Or they both should of died together in some epic way at least. I think it ruined Michael myers legacy. The Halloween series died with Donald Pleasence in my opinion. But even then, H20, Resurrection, and Rob zombies movies were better than this heap of garbage. As a fan that watched all the Halloweens every year as tradition, it just didn’t hit the mark in any sense of the word. Very disappointed as a horror fan, and I wish I could get my 2 wasted hours back. Just a terrible way to end the legacy of one of, if not the best horror villains in existence and made him look weak and defenseless. And wasted alot of peoples time and money.
