Terrible Experience โ Unprofessional, Negligent, and Frustratingly Slow
I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with InCar was so disappointing that I feel compelled to warn others. From the start, the service was plagued with negligence and a complete lack of professionalism. I was promised updates and timelines that were repeatedly missed with no communication whatsoever.
The delays were ridiculous โ what should have taken a few days dragged on for weeks with zero accountability. Every time I tried to get an update, I was met with vague excuses or outright ignored. Their customer service is appalling โ unresponsive, dismissive, and completely uninterested in resolving issues or keeping their customers informed.
This is not just poor service โ itโs a reflection of a company that simply doesnโt care about its customers. I would strongly advise anyone considering InCar to look elsewhere unless you enjoy being kept in the dark and treated like your time doesnโt matter.
