If you want the graphics to look better you need a 165-240HZ 2440 x 1440 HDR QHD and AMD FreeSync 29 Inch gaming monitor. They keep the frame rates stable, graphics good a lot better and the rain effects etc look a lot better. PC3 was downgraded graphically by Codemasters on purpose so they got the customers for Grid Legends. Project CARS 3 is worth your money and time and make sure you have the decent gaming monitor. It's not very good on normal TVs and use Game Mode too. It is better than Gran Turismo and the cars are categorised a lot better than the mainstream racing games. It's the racing game that can turn all arcade/simcade into sim racers and you get better without knowing it.

It's stupidity. If you have no internet connection you can only pay free play but can't save any progress. The game is online save which means you cannot play career mode offline, you can't access your garage and you can't tune your cars. It is a useless game and if it was built from the ground up it would have had offline play and offline save built into it. Get Project CARS 2 and Project CARS 3 and put them into Enhanced Visual Mode on the series X and you will think wow! They look better than FM8 and GT7.
