LOVE IT--Just got hooked a few days ago and am now almost finished with season 2--it portrays women (of which I am one) of a certain age (also me) so very well! They're not doddering moldy old creatures ready to be placed on an ice floe and set to see! They're multi-dimensional human beings with feelings, hopes, dreams--all with a sense of immediacy because they are well aware that their time is short--age does not remove the humanity of a woman--she retains all the feelings she had in her teens, twenties, thirties, etc and this program reflects this fact with humor and a few tugs to the heart--in season 1 Grace reflects "I'm irrelevant" and that is truly the way it feels to be 70ish--you're fighting against the inevitable as your days on Earth become more and more limited while proving that you are not useless!
