Worst customer service ever. I cancelled spectrum in favor to frontier and the service is 100 times worse than Spectrum. Their customer service is below zero. So disappointed. I rather pay the extra $59 more a month but have a service that works. I regresar so much leaving Spectrum. Did I say that it is the WORSE customer service ever!!! 4 times I called, and one how I was disconnected. Apologies from frontier? NONE!!!!
