I had a lifetime account and one day they locked my account and won't release it back to me. They asked for 4 pieces of information like the CC number used from over 10 years ago. I don't have that card anymore. What I did provide wasn't good enough. They used the excuse they wanted to "protect" my account, which is funny as they protected it FROM the owner It's never been compromised. The email notifications still come to me even, and tell me about all the new content I can't play. they just wanted to stop the lifetime as they were not making any "vip" money. horrible new company that bought this out.
