I really love the Coen brothers and I had high expectations. I figured if a Coen brother was going to put their name on something it was going to be nothing short of fantastic as usual. This movie had no consistency, no real plot or storyline to speak of and it fell short of basic entertainment. The gratuitous, and often funny sex couldn't hold the poorly conceived story together. They tried for a neo-noir piece but it was more like neo-yawn. I'm giving it a 3/10. It got 3 because I like some of the actors. Even though they should be embarrassed.
