3.5 stars. I thought most of the acting is good and the premise was great. I also love how Netflix has shows from other places - some are great and refreshingly different. That said, this movie reminds me of the originals for ancient stories. There are some gaping plot holes you can get lost in and other parts seem so incomprehensible that you wonder if something was “lost in translation”. And I’m not referring to Netflix’s odd habit of having the voice overs say completely different things from the English subtitles. Still, I enjoyed it enough to watch the entire two seasons so that’s why I rounded up to 4 stars.
