I haven’t finished it, but it is the best Bethesda game since Oblivion in my opinion.
The story is much more engaging than the likes of Fallout 4 and Skyrim, which are so boring that I have never finished them.
On the flip side, the fact that you cannot fly or land your ship. You can only control it while in orbit. Add that to the tonnes of loading screens and you have a big minus.
Some side quests are really nice and sometimes even more engaging than the main quest.
Others, despite good, are really not my thing.
The ship builder is amazing, and lets you do all sorts of cool stuff. Just browse what the community has been building and you’ll be amazed.
The station builder, on the other hand, is a bit clunky.
It does not get 5 stars, that would mean the game is perfect, but I think it’s safe to say that Bethesda did it right in multiple ways, especially compared with Skyrim and Fallout 4, and there are definitely more pros than cons to this game.
