Most of the negative reviews on this game are people mad about Abby being buff, Ellie being a lesbian, and/or Joel dying. Personally I play games for the gameplay and story, so I can't really see how strong women, and gay people could upset so many people. I don't get why people are so mad about Joel dying; sure it was sad to see a main character die, but is that not the point of a sad story? That it's sad? I didn't see this kind of review bombing when Joel's daughter died in the first game? I thoroughly enjoyed playing through this one, but I guess I couldn't say I'd recommend it to anyone who is afraid of lesbians, buff women, or storytelling.
