Beautifully written and performed. Namkoong Min and Jeom Yeo-been were magical. It was a hard but good watch.

I had high hopes for this drama! It started out great then I don't know what happened. The ex-boyfriend (Although I loved seeing Yoo Yeon-seok) showing up took up too much time for a 10 episode drama and there was no point to it. It never tied back to the main story. The writting was lacking. I absolutely LOVE Kang Ha-Neul, he was the one bright spot in the drama. Go Min-si while I have respect for her as an actress, couldn't deliver on the comedy or romance. Actor Yoon Byung-hee was way under utilized with just a few bit parts. He so talented and funny. Supporting cast was great! They delivered. The writting, not so much. By the last episode, I didn't care anymore and just wanted it over. This had so much potential....

Beautifully written drama with all the elements we love about kdramas. I love the intimate, warm and cozy feel of this drama. It's very slow paced but it works well. I love the small-town setting with a caring and heartfelt community. A wonderful storyline about finding oneself, healing, acceptance and love. Excellent cast, acting, filming cinematography and pacing. The original sound track is beautiful. Applause for this beautiful drama.

Beautifully written fact based drama. I love learning about Korean history and this drama was a brilliant depiction of that history. It was wonderful to see the strength of the Queen and her strategic mind. What she could have become in these modern times has yet to be determined. The cast and acting were fantastic. No expense spared. The costumes were the best I've seen for an historic drama.The ost is stunning. Great drama all- around. I watched the Tree with Roots, which is a continuation of sorts of The Queen Who Crowns and depicts the new King creating Hangul for his people.

Fantastic drama! Excellent writting. Bravo to the entire cast. The entire drama was riveting. Now that I've finished it, I feel as though I can finally breathe. What is there to say about Ji Chang Wook that hasn't been said. He's an amazing and prolific actor. He has incredible range. I was late to the party, but I'm glad I arrived.

Great and refreshing historical drama that didn't include royalty or palace intrigue. Awesome seeing a strong smart and capable woman in the lead

Enjoyed this drama alot. Very suspenseful and mentally engaging. I actally liked the slow pace and how the drama unfolded in each episode. Kept me guessing the whole time. Great cast too! Beyond the main plot is the reality of family and the extent we will go to protect loved ones.

This is an outstanding drama. Kim Tae-ri is phenomenal...beyond words. The cast is exceptional.

This was an excellent drama. I loved it. It was refreshingly creative, atypical, and interesting. Enjoyed the journey of Eun-ho and Hyeri. Shin Hye-sun was absolutely brilliant in her acting. Although I wanted Hyeri to end up with the 2nd ML, I wanted healing for Eun-ho/Hyeri more. The path towards mental healing is never a straight line. Many of the characters were emotionally broken but the drama ended with love and hope. I will be watching this again.

This is one of the most beautiful stories of love and friendship I can remember watching.
