I don't know what the movie critics were expecting from a video game adaptation. The plot was simple, the animation was great and there was a throw back to a bunch of Mario games. This is a great family movie and it was a blast watching my kids name which games the easter eggs in the movie was from.

pretty entertaining; the plot is predictable but the action scenes are great.

A good mix old classic and new

Huge improvement over the Wii Fit... Great way to work out when you don't have access to the gym.
