Not sure why the negative reviews but I enjoyed this movie. Kept my attention from the trailer all the way the through to the end. Small gripes about the boy friend. I think they were going with quiet strength but it didn't really show. A sense of foreboding permeates the movie.. you always get the sense that something is about to happen just off screen..even with the wide shots. I would have liked to seen more about the why and how the androids became aware. Chloe is such a great actress. The ending was absolutely gut renching. Ignore the critics and go and watch it. Nice change of pace from the bombastic movies of late.
