B-O-R-I-N-G. As a super fan of the Grinch, it was a disappointing change from the first Grinch with a molasses story line. The soundtrack, though modern and upbeat fell flat, didn't align with the movie and left much to be desired. So many questions left unanswered. Why was the Grinch nice😑? Where was the dad? The Grinch's soft voice was definitely not a mean one. This was a total waste of almost two hours of my life. Actually, almost one hour because I fell asleep halfway through the movie. To see if I was being overly judgemental, I asked my kids their take on the movie. "H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E!" My daughter fell asleep. And she never falls asleep on kid movies, good or bad. This movie left me feeling quite grinchy. Don't spend your money and time to go see this. Wait and watch for free on Netflix. You're not missing out on anything.
