I read the book years ago when it first came out and highly recommend it, my wife and I watched this movie and we both think the movie was awesome, we were big Crue fans back in the day and still love em to this day, the Crue music they play on the radio is a little worn out and I'm not really interested in hearing it anymore unless I hear something that wasn't beat to death by your typical radio station, just like they do to all bands. MGK did a great job playing Tommy, this movie is definitely graphic don't let your teenage kids watch it.
