I love this movie! The cast was perfect! I am a fan of Angelica Houston! She played the stepmother with grace and beauty!

I think this is a haunting story about a young girl becoming a woman and discovering who and what she is. Bel Powell was so natural in the part. I didn't care for the Liv Tyler role. Brad Dourif as Daddy was a great twist. In the end Daddy got what he deserved, and Anna finally saw the northern lights! I gave it 4 stars because the Liv Tyler character was so bad and unbelievable. She is a far better actress that the part was!
