The first 5 minutes of the first episode was ridiculous. CGI elk letting you walk up to them, calling the bulls bucks, and having April time bulls with fully grown hard brown antlers. Do they show these pilot episodes to a single person that actually knows the type of life they try to portray? Also, why the need to make any back country northern Wyoming character sound like a slack-jawed hill Billy from West Virginia? Taylor Sheridan didn't nail everything, but for Pete's sake, take some notes.
