Way too long.
Too many minutes watching Penn's stick-up-his- butt strut and deCaprio guzzling booze and smoking a joint. The story is disjointed and takes too many to unfold. There's actual too many stories which don't get told. Maybe the criticism belongs to the editor whoever that is.
If you go, plan on being confused, bored, needing more popcorn, and wondering why you keep watching.
