The movie was decent at best, but I didn’t like the attempt to position the characters as the new Avengers—those are irreplaceable. Marvel should have started fresh with a new series called Thunderbolts. It feels like Marvel has moved away from portraying superheroes as truly unbeatable. I don’t understand why they create villains like Thanos or this new character “Bob” who seem untouchable. In my view, Marvel’s quality has declined since they phased out the original heroes.
