The Meg is a silly B movie with a Hollywood budget and a lot of heart. It's remarkably adorable for a movie about a giant monster shark. Everyone in it is just really nice and trying their best under the circumstances and it was surprisingly fun to watch. Like if you're looking for a genuinely scary experience this probably isn't the movie for you, but if you want to watch a ridiculous blockbuster where everyone gets along remarkably well and the few on screen deaths there are feel earned, give this a try!
