The acting in the show isn’t the best. A lot of the characters are very dramatic during certain situations that just don’t need such a big reaction. The whole plot makes sense but the way they all become close so quickly doesn’t really make sense. If they were to go deeper into these friendships I could see how they are all so close, but it just seems very rushed. I love Chesters character a lot and he is my favorite by far. I’m assuming this show is trying to be relatable when it comes to gen z and as a 17 year old who is apart of gen z it’s not even close to accurate. The writing for this show was not great. Some storylines for few characters are interesting but the rest are just not interesting. The stuff with feminism and bigotry just seems so forced and does not make any sense at all. I think this show has potential. if it weren’t for Chester I would’ve given this show a 1/5.
