As a teenage girl, when i first watched the Vampire Diaries, i became completely obsessed with it. I could not prevent myself from watching a whole season in a day and I was so surprised with every storyline and really loved the idea of the love triangle and all the characters combined. It is not just a teen show for me, because the way it made me laugh, fall in love with male characters, cry and show other emotions as well was incredible. I have to admit that the first 3 seasons was the top of the TVDU and i found myself a little bit bored in s5 or s7-8. The plot was not the same good as it was, because of the lack of main characters (like the originals who continued in the spin off, or Elena afterwards) I didn't particularly like season 7 and in spite of my love for tvd, i was bored. The thing i enjoyed then although was the screentime Bonnie and Caroline (my personally favorite female) had. Anyways i can't describe how iconic i think this show is (and to of course, because of Klaus, and the crush i have on him till now haha). Imagine that i keep watching edits on TikTok about the characters and the ships and i do not get bored. I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND IT FOR TEENS, YOURE GOING TO REMEMBER IT FOR YOUR WHOLE LIFE
