The film isn't as visually arresting as his previous efforts. The plot is overly convoluted without much justification and it doesn't help that the dialogue is barely audible with the thunderous music and sound effects. Overall, I feel the movie follows a bit the memento formula and was therefore predictable and less enjoyable than inception.
