After doing some shopping in Salisbury and going through the checkout, I handed the checkout worker my nectar card and some vouchers which she dealt with she handed one back saying I could not use this one even thou I had the item in my bag. She told me to go to customer services who could refund the money. The customer service staff could only give me a plastic gift card for my £0.23, I asked why they could not reimburse my card with the £0.23 to save the plastic card but was told that Salisbury policy was to give gift cards. I emailed Salisbury about this two weeks ago and am still awaiting their response.
