The movie portrays things very authentically, be it stigmatizing panic attacks as drama, or mean mom supporting their douche bag male boy, the racism faced just because of different hair colour or not looking familiar, or the lighter things like struggle of finding Lpg cylinder, living in PG I have missed classes to arrange that, or the dynamics between friend, the story is not a fairy tale, it also shows how hard it is to survive in another city, and your mental health can take a troll in your quest for survival, Every body have acted nicely, loved background music too
