Having not seen the first fantastic beasts i found that this film made little sense, though speaking to friends who had seen the first it would have made no difference. I enjoyed the film to an extent, newt is an interesting character and the magic was great to see visually and audibly. However i found the story to be kind of here and there.
This film is probably worth watching if you're a massive fan of the wizarding world but to anyone else id say give it a miss.
