I loved it William Dafoe face holds so much, of what I would have imagined Van Gough would have felt no words needed. He was perfectly cast in this film.
The film itself was like falling into Van Gogh's world, and seeing and feeling the sensations that the natural world provided him. It engaged all my senses, yes it was as if you could touch and taste this world rather than just see and hear it. Just a delicious journey with all the sweet and the bitter that must have been contained in the inner life and outer world of Vincent Van Gogh.
