Wonderful movie, must watch. Especially who is working in government offices for serving the comman people should watch it to know the pain of common man who is suffering to get their work done. Even though required documents are submitted, govt officers will come up with one or other issues and keep the file on hold and drag it to months and years. Unless their expected commission are paid the work will not be completed.
