The premise is good. The cast is great. The writing pretty much sucks! Some of the scenarios are so unreal. Please fix!

I love this show. I do have one complaint. Why do you dress Nell so weird. I know she is a quirky character but yikes, her wardrobe is just plain awful and very unflattering.
