Spoiler alert: I couldn’t put Ugly Love or Verity down! But this one is painful to get through. The writing is not very good. Too many characters involved/intertwined. Story arch is too ambitious and random i.e. homeless guy- neurosurgeon for those who read it, know what I mean. We never know what the main character even looks like - no description, but somehow this neurosurgeon is obsessed/in love- can’t keep his hands off of her etc.
